It’s really crazy, how fast the time flies these days. Since the engagement session with Andrea and Marc over four months passed by.

On the shooting day the temperatures were not too warm anymore. But this had no impact on the laid-back atmosphere we had during the shoot. But this is not suprising at all as Andrea and Marc became friends of mine over the last few years. Andrea is a photographer as well and she even shot the wedding last June where I was a best man. Therefore I was more than honored that they asked me to shoot their engagement photos.
At some point during the session they mentioned that they have planned to get into the lake in order to have a special photo. Even though I was hooked by this idea I was still not to sure if it would work out. Not photography-wise, more because it was pretty chilly on that day. After both got into the lake I realized that I have to get in too to get the picture I had in my mind. The only problem was that I had no swmming trunks or a bathing towl with me – but that did not stop me :) And after all, I think it was really worth the goosebumps
